5. User Accounts

6. Ride Requests

7. Pricing

9. Cancellations

Ward may remove drivers who violate platform standards.

12. Lost Property

Ward Ride We Transport U is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We will attempt to facilitate communication between passengers and drivers to recover belongings, but recovery cannot be guaranteed.

13. Rewards Program

Rewards have no cash value unless required by law, may expire, may be modified or discontinued at any time, and may be revoked for fraud or abuse.
